Ingredients:
1 Block of organic extra firm tofu (get a tofu that is organic and made with simplest ingredients)
4 Tbs of organic coconut aminos
2 tsps of organic red pepper flakes
a sprinkle of oregano
2 Tbs of hemp seeds
airfryer
Instructions:
Once you have opened and drained your block of tofu. Cut it into small pieces.
Using a bowl, combine all of your seasonings along with the tofu.
Toss them until they are thoroughly mixed!
Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes.
Pop it into your air fryer for 25-40 minutes or until it is crisp!
Serve it with your salad, favorite pasta or dish!
